Ramesh Yadav
Founder & Managing Partner
Ramesh is a Bangalore based Management Consultant. Having Worked with Ernst & Young, He is currently leading a team of Finance and Accounting, Business advisory, Corporate Secretarial and Tax experts.
Ramesh worked with Audit and Assurance service line in his initial years at Ernst & Young. He was responsible for performing audits of clients across different industries analysing the data, identifying unusual items and concluding on issues that impact financial statements.
Ramesh then went on to deliver projects with Transaction advisory and Management consulting teams advising clients on Growth, Expansion, Go-to-market and Digital strategies for improving client’s businesses, increasing profitability and competitiveness in the digital and Brick and mortar world.
Ramesh brings quality experiences working with clients in Private equity, Venture capital, Investment banking, data analytics, BPO, IT Services and technology sectors.
Ramesh is also the Founder & CEO of New Leaf Capital, An investment fund focused on unlocking Value and revival of Stressed Assets.
Sisir Kumar

Sisir Kumar is a chartered Accountant, insolvency professional and a Forensic Accounting expert, He had extensive experience of resolving more than 10,000 NPAs (non-performing assets) for various banks across India, through his firm Sisir & Ravi Associates and He is also the core founder of an ARC (Asset Reconstruction Company) namely Meliora Arc Ltd.
Sisir Kumar has 22 years of post-qualification experience as a practicing chartered accountant. He promoted M/s. Sisir & Ravi Associates established in the year 1996.
After the promulgation of SARFAESI Act 2002, his firm directed all the focus towards Stressed asset management including enforcement, for various PSU banks and Financial Institutions. He has over 12 years of experience as resolution / enforcement agent for about 15 Commercial Banks and Financial Institutions under the SARFAESI Act, 2002. He has hands on experience of resolving and handling large recoveries of Companies under liquidation.
Mr. Sisir was on the Board of “MECON Limited”, Ministry of Steel. A Government of India undertaking.
Srinivas Yelandur

Srinivas Yelandur was Director and Digital Advisory Leader for Ernst & Young’s Performance Improvement (PI) service line in India. He was responsible for driving the digital vision for EY in India by creating digital strategies having sixteen years of experience advising Indian and multinational clients on various facets of digital business across corporate functions from strategy (growth and market entry), channels (distribution, digital marketing and sales) to customer experience and social media along with emerging digital areas.
Prior to joining EY, he was the Digital Strategy Leader in APAC for Accenture. Srinivas brings rich experience with his consulting stints at Accenture, Gartner, IBM and Capgemini working with new age digital customers in India, Americas, Europe and Asia.
Srinivas is an alumnus from the INSEAD Business School, France, holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Computer Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Bangalore.

Kishore Reddy is a successful Engineer and Entrepreneur with over 4 decades of rich experience in Channel Partner Relationship, Key Account Management, Strategic Planning, Sales and Distribution, new Business Development and Conflict Resolution.
He entered the family business at the age of 18 and has been associated with a Billion Dollar Indian Conglomerate as their Channel Partner for over 4 decades.
As the CEO of the family firm he grew the business by over 80 times in 30 years. He is a proactive planner with abilities in devising effective strategies for family businesses, augmenting business, identifying and penetrating new market segments.
As an entrepreneur, He has over the years, been instrumental in creating over 3000 jobs through new businesses with dedicated Channel Partners.
He is passionate to ensure that underprivileged kids get the right break in life. His educational trust and school in Chennai not only provides education to such kids, but more importantly brings a smile to their lives.
